1 - How are shipping costs calculated?

Our standard shipping rate is the same for the entire region.

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

• The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
• The item you received was not as described.
• The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

3 - Where do you ship from?

We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & Asia. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

4 - How long will it take for my items to arrive?

It will usually take 7-14 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

5 - How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

It usually takes between 2-5 business days.

6 - Where can I place an order from?

Everywhere. We ship worldwide.

7 - Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

Generally it takes between 1-2 business days to process and ship out orders. Depending on order volume and availability, orders may take up to 5 business days on certain occasions.
